Bristol Council Elections 2014

This is the first app focussed on politics for young people. It has been developed specifically for the Bristol City Council Local Elections 2014, on the 22nd May 2014, and the important issues surrounding it.

Feeling disconnected from the Political system, especially amongst the younger of us, is a common message we are all hearing. We should all be able to exercise our right to have a voice in the world around us but what can be done to help us get involved? This started us thinking about what could help to raise awareness and encourage debate, discussion and action.

Following discussions with students and younger people we developed a new app to inform and involve the electorate in Bristol.

Creating this app is the first step on a much longer journey to help resolve the problem of voters feeling disconnected. Tell us if and how you used this app and what you think.
